Our cattle are raised with care on pasture and forage then finished on grain, producing flavorful, nutrient-dense beef. Each animal is processed at a provincially inspected facility and cut and wrapped to your exact preferences, giving you full control over how your beef is prepared.

A whole beef provides a wide range of cuts, which may include:

  • Ribeye and striploin steaks
  • T-bone and sirloin steaks
  • Roasts (chuck, round, sirloin tip)
